How do we access your personal data?

Bonvisi AB obtains your personal data from you when we enter into a mutual agreement. You agree to the processing of your personal data when you enter into an agreement with Bonvisi AB. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time and Bonvisi AB will stop processing your personal data. Keep in mind that a withdrawal of consent can mean that we can not complete the obligations agreed upon in our mutual agreement.

Bonvisi AB also gets access to your personal information when you inform us of changes to the data.

What information do we provide to you?

The General Manager of Bonvisi AB is responsible for personal data processing. If you wish to submit a request or if you have any inquiries concerning your personal data or your rights, please contact the General Manager at info@bonvisi.com.

When you contact the General Manager, you can:

  • Request information about your personal data that Bonvisi AB processes.
  • Request correction if any personal data is incorrect.
  • Request omission (The right to be forgotten). Please note that, if you request omission, Bonvisi cannot fulfill its commitment to you agreed upon in our mutual agreement.

Is your personal data processed safely?

We use routines and practices to safely manage your personal data. Bonvisi AB company employees need to have access to your data in order to fulfill their obligations to you.

Bonvisi AB keeps the data locked. This is to protect against intrusion, destruction and other changes that could endanger your privacy.

Do we disclose your personal data?

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you agree to it.
